—- Confidential PRINT & SAVE —-

The good news is that StomperMobile starts TOMORROW:

Tuesday at 8pm EDT (5pm Pacific) yes, it’s “M-Day“.

If you cannot make the call, no worries: EVERY CALL for StomperMobile will be recorded and posted in the portal.

The course outline is below and it’s time to prepare.

PREP STEPS (for StomperMobile Lesson #1)

We will learn how to build a mobile site (or page) in class one.
Your mobile site will work on almost ALL mobile phone platforms.
You’ll need zero programming skills.

PREP-STEP 1

Step into the shoes of your typical customer as they sit in a restaurant, their car, or upon a bus stop bench. THINK what are the “things” about your business or product/service that someone would want or need while they are Mobile.

Consider these items (they are Mobile Magnets)

Mobile Coupons

Maps/directions

Hours of operation

Phone number (click to call)

Menu, list of products/services

Reviews / Testimonials

Discount offers

Event information

Interesting content (in micro-chunks)

Fast facts, micro tips, FAQs about your products/services

Twitter, Facebook or FourSquare links

A way to opt-in for something “mobile”

A toll-free recorded message number

A link to your full PC site

You might have other mobile magnets, but for now, settle in on one or a few of these items that you could provide. This information will be the foundation of the mobile page (or pages) you build.

PREP-STEP 2

Plan on creating a general “catch-all” mobile site that can be used on business cards etc. This might be from one page to 6 pages, based on what your goals and business might be.

Plan on creating a landing page for getting Mobile opt-ins (you’ll want to think-up a Mobile “I must have this” type offer your prospects and customers can’t resist)

Plan on creating a “Transition Page” – something that for now, I’ll keep secret and reveal the details in our webinar.

PREP-STEP 3

Optional: Have a small image or logo handy (on your desktop).

PREP-STEP 4

Think of the domain names you might want to secure for your Mobile pages. These should be .mobi domains. Do not buy domains for speculation, but rather get the few you need that protect the existing domains you already have. Buy additional .mobi domains ONLY if you have an immediate use.

We will discuss the use of .info domains for Mobile in the class.
Hold off buying these until you have your strategies and mobile pages ready.

The best domain names are:

short

memorable

easy to spell

NOTE: you do NOT need a .mobi domain prior to the first class.

You can build a mobile website without buying any domain and without having a hosting account. If you are unsure, wait until you complete Lesson 1.

PREP-STEP 5

There is a secret “rule” in building a mobile website that I’ll reveal in the class. So that you are ready, get a small pack of 3×5 cards and have them handy.

PREP-STEP 6

Create 3 “Mobile Magnet Snippets:”
(120 characters max each) Write the ONE thing you could offer a mobile visitor.
(Something free, a discount, a sample, a download, tips, or get creative).

What will your mobile site or page be about (or who is it for, what’s the topic).

Why would anyone want to visit your mobile site or page?
What is it’s benefit or what is interesting about it?

If you are stumped, worry not, just do your best. 3 snippets, no links, 120 characters max on each snippet.- – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – -GOALS OF WEEK ONE

You will have a traffic-ready mobile site up and running.

If time permits this week (after class one), you should create a Mobile landing page for each product or service you sell.

If you have no products or if you are an affiliate marketer, you’ll still need a mobile site and I’ll show you in class how to monetize any mobile web page with ads.

Start a “traffic” driving campaign.

Begin Cross-Integration

WARNING: StomperMobile strategies should be kept secret.
The fewer people that know these strategies the more money and opportunity you’ll have.
